However, its size could cause problems with public transport as it won't fit on any 2'X4“ rules that are applicable.
The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and weight. It required 25 pounds of weight suspended from the handle bar before it tipped over to the back, which is higher than the rest of the competition but still not as impressive as the top performer in this metric, the Chariot Cougar 2.
It has a good front wheel suspension and its wide rear wheels are lockable to enhance mobility. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels simultaneously which is ideal to park in tight spaces.
