This elegant roast is influenced by the elegant blends in Northern Italy. We choose chocolatey beans from Brazil and subtle sweet beans from Africa and Central America, then roast until a rich and refined. The result is a cup that you can drink for a quick boost in the morning or a moment of contemplation. All brewing methods are suitable. Once the bottle is opened, seal it by clipping it shut and store in a cool, dry location.

Ingredients

Ciao Amici is an elegant coffee that takes its inspiration and cues from the exquisite blends of Northern Italy. It is a bold blend of dark chocolate, almond and espresso inspired by the roasting style of the region. It's incredibly elegant and stunning after dinner. It is made with 100 percent Arabica beans that are grown at a higher altitude that gives them a less bitter taste It's a great coffee for the most important occasions.

Make use of this product with a filter or coffee bean grinder. You can also use a coffee maker, or a cafetiere. Pour as much as required into your grinder and use one rounded desert spoon of beans per cup.

Storage

This pack contains beans from all over the world, so you can experience a range of flavors. Mexico includes hazelnuts and toasted bread, Colombia adds spice and dried fruits, and Brazil highlights vanilla and dark chocolate. The coffee is also organic and Fairtrade so you can feel good about the purchase. Once opened, the beans can be kept in a resealable plastic bag for up to 2 weeks. The grounds that are used can be composted at home or put in the food waste bin.
